Theme For Today - Let's Get Caught Up!

As you can see, I have not been doing a good job keeping up with the website.  I have been busy quilting numerous beautiful and innovative quilts. One quilt I really thought was adorable was Rebecca's "Story Quilt".  My daughter would have loved that quilt as a child.

I apologize to those whom I haven't posted their quilt pictures yet.   Hopefully, that will happen later today.  It's been so long since I have taken some the pictures, that if I tag your quilt with someone else's name, just send me an email and I will fix things ASAP.

I am settling into my new work space.  I enjoy the company of the office staff.  It's so much more enjoyable than being home alone all day.  We have a good time (and when I have to do office work - my "other" office is right down the hall).  Very convenient!

Visit me on Facebook to find out how things are progressing with the wedding.  Now that the perfect wedding dress has been found, it's time for the mother of the bride to get busy and find something to wear (and not the orange Crocks I wear while I'm quilting).

Today is my favorite day of the week - not because it is Friday - but it is quilt delivery day!  I'm headed to Web Fabrics in Purcellville to deliver six quilts.  The staff at Web is fantastic.  Everyone gathers around the table in the back of the store for show and tell as I pull the customer's quilts out of their "blue quilt bags".  It is truly fun.  For those I haven't quilted for yet, I will post a picture in the blog of the blue handled zipper bag that I use to delivery your quilt.  It is yours to keep and use to deliver to me your next project.

Then off to Hillbrook Inn to buy thread and needles and just maybe Bobbie has her new baby in the store.  They were sweet enough to take pictures of the baby on the quilt that I made for him - he is a beautiful baby!  That was no surprise with parent's as attractive as they are.

I've got to stop yammering and get ready to go : )

Happy Quilting!
