Thank you Sue!

I met a customer in Seminole Sampler two weeks ago and was delighted when I was invited to my customer's guilt guild meeting at her house in Pikesville for the delivery of the quilt. They were lovely, talented women with so many great projects they are constructing. I always get great ideas from seeing what other people are doing; all of the projects are so different. If I were closer, I would love to meet with them on a regular basis. Truly nice people.
The quilt that I delivered, looked fabulous on the bed - I rarely get to see that! Sue served a fabulous lunch and then surprised me with a birthday cake with strawberries - such a sweet surprise.
There are so many great ideas and websites out there. I helped Sue order 4 yds. of K. Fassett fabric online from Web Fabrics while I was there. So easy, and she will have the fabric in just days without leaving the house! Of course, we all know that we all have to visit the shops for inspiration.
Almost finished with the Needles and Pins quilt for this weekends meeting. Don't miss it. It is really interesting and I hope that you will like the custom quilting. One hint - I will be buying a magnifying glass that fits on the Gammill early tomorrow morning so that I can finish the quilt. My eyesight is going south!
Join a guilt guild!
