Friday - hooray!

I've never been much of a Friday person - I really have always liked what I have done - whether it was working in someone's office or in our own. But, now that I quilt for other people, I will say - that it can be exhausting standing on your feet for the majority of the day! But with that said, I still just love what I am doing. Quilting a different quilt everyday is truly challenging and funnnnnnn! : ) I never know what I am going to encounter, but I love the happy smiles on the owner 's of the quilts. It is very gratifying!
Then I go home, and try to keep the website up to date, the pictures taken, and on and on - but I still am smiling, this is very gratifying work. I truly love to make people happy with the finished result.
Just be a little patient with me, I don't always get the photos up as quickly as I should, nor the photos taken in the best light(I will be the first to admit that I am in no way a professional photographer) - but who doesn't want to see their quilt on a website. I will keep doing my best, and who knows, maybe I will become a better photographer. (That's optimistic at best!).
If I had an endless supply of cash, I would hire the photographer that took the photos for my daughter's wedding - he even managed to make her parents look half way decent. Love that guy!!! Unforturnately, he is in Philly and keeps busy with weddings.
I will just have to keep plugging along - please bear with me. I'm trying to get better.
