What happened?

Ok, so I have some down time after dinner and decide to go up to the sewing room to work on the little quilt that I have been talking about - you know - the one that I have been studying colors and picking up fabrics here and there so that it the quilt won't look like a kit.
(Not that I have anything against kits - I use them all of the time - saves a tremendous amount of time and you can see the finished product.)
I am sitting 2 ft. away from the "miracle felt" board that I love so much - really it is a large piece of felt that is stretched on a frame. I pick each piece off of the board in the order that they are arranged - and presto - I realize something is wrong - but how could that be - I simply lifted them from the felt and sewed them together immediately. 
So I approach the board to get a grip on things when -
well you can see for yourself that everything that is not yet sewn is on the floor and it is time to turn off the lights and walk away. Tomorrow is another day : )
Don't let this happen to you (it tends to frustrate you beyond words)!
