Good Morning on a beautiful Wednesday

Small sampling of Jennifer Raab's beach/picnic quilts. She and I are meeting today, hopefully she can get the binding on the quilts before they go to the beach!
We did eventually make headway with some bush trimming and weed clean up on Monday. But I was suffering because I have to wear clothing from head to toe to avoid contact with poison ivy. I was so hot and the bugs were relentless but we got some bushes whacked back before Steve nicked his arm on the hedge trimmers and had to stop the bleeding leaving me with all of the clean up! I was never so happy to put everything away and go into the house - ugh!
Nice yesterday because I gave myself a "pass" on all outdoor work - the reason - I had just gotten my hair done...and I wasn't going to ruin that event with all that heat and humidity. I truly believe any woman would understand this philosophy : )
I'm using today for quilt pick up and delivery. Bonus is a pedicure with my daughter afterwards. Don't see her all that often, so that will be fun. Knowing us, I am certain that there will be other mischief that we can get into.
So, I going to sign off, load a quilt on the frame and then head off to my appointments.
